The real problem

A lot can be happening without client acquisition being under control.

Posts go out. Prospects get contacted. Sales calls happen. Yet the owner is often still the only person who knows what worked, who was contacted and what should happen next.

Your assistant should not need to read your mind just to keep a good opportunity moving.
Activity is visible. Cause and effect are not.

You know people are doing things, but not which actions actually create opportunities and revenue.

Important context lives in people's heads.

Your team wants to help, but has to ask who was contacted, what was said and when to follow up.

Busy weeks break the rhythm.

Follow-ups wait, content slips and warm opportunities cool down because the system only works when everything goes to plan.

More marketing can create more chaos.

More tools, more posts and more leads do not fix the missing handoffs between marketing and sales.

What control looks like

On Monday morning, you know what matters.

The goal is not another dashboard full of vanity metrics. It is a working view that shows where opportunities are forming, where they are getting stuck and what deserves attention next.

See each stage from first touch to revenue.
Every relevant contact has an owner and a next step.
Your team can step in without starting from scratch.
Numbers tell you which bottleneck to fix next.
A busy week slows volume, not the whole system.

The operating system

Four building blocks. One client acquisition system.

Individual tactics can work and still leave you with an unpredictable pipeline. The system becomes controllable when each building block hands cleanly into the next.

01

Market Presence & Foundation

Your profile, offer, website or landing page, proof and next step should make it obvious why the right prospect should keep paying attention.

  • Positioning
  • Profile
  • Offer clarity
  • Landing page
  • Proof
02

Visibility & Content

Our AI-assisted content engine learns how you think, speak and argue, then helps turn your expertise into consistent content without turning you into a full-time creator.

  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Newsletter
  • SEO / GEO articles
03

Outreach & Activation

We build a repeatable way to start and continue relevant conversations through LinkedIn, direct messages, phone outreach and targeted contact lists. Run it yourself, delegate it, automate parts of it or have us support execution.

  • Target lists
  • DM outreach
  • Phone outreach
  • Relationship building
  • Delegated execution
04

Pipeline & Closing

CRM, qualification, work lists, follow-up and sales routines keep relevant opportunities moving so no one disappears simply because the week got busy.

  • CRM
  • Qualification
  • Follow-Up
  • Sales routines
  • Closing visibility
KPIs connect all four.

They show what is already working, what deserves more volume and which handoff is currently costing opportunities.

Execution, not just advice

We don't stop at the strategy.

We help build the system, keep the important routines moving and add execution capacity where it creates the most leverage.

Build

We build the operating system.

Positioning, content workflows, CRM, work lists, follow-up logic, KPI tracking and the handoffs between marketing and sales.

Run

We can operate it with you or for you.

Content, outreach, lead follow-up and recurring marketing or sales routines can stay internal, be shared with us or be handled externally.

Scale

We add capacity around what works.

Once the numbers show where more volume makes sense, we help add the right marketing or sales support instead of adding people into an unclear process.

The goal is not to give you another project. It is to take work off your plate while keeping client acquisition visible and under control.
15

minutes is enough to move one thing forward.

Not 15 minutes total per day. Each routine is designed so you can make meaningful progress in one focused block.

The 15-Minute Method

Built for busy weeks, not perfect weeks.

Some days you have two hours. Some days you have fifteen minutes. Your client acquisition should keep moving either way.

If you can handle five follow-ups today, do five. If you have more time, do twenty. The remaining work stays prioritized and reappears when it is due.

More time means more volume. It should not require a completely different process.

That is also what makes the work easier to hand off. A routine that is clear enough to run in fifteen minutes is usually clear enough for an assistant or team member to pick up without a two-hour explanation.

From founder-dependent to team-ready

You can't clone yourself. But you can clone the process.

The goal is not to automate people out. It is to make it easy for good people to step in, see the context and move the right work forward.

So client acquisition keeps moving without you having to hold every thread yourself.

When it lives in people's heads

The owner remains the operating system.

  • ×The assistant has to ask who was contacted.
  • ×Follow-ups depend on memory and personal habits.
  • ×New hires inherit chaos instead of a process.
  • ×Performance is hard to coach because expectations are unclear.
When the process carries the work

The team can see, take over and improve.

  • Clear roles instead of shouting across the day.
  • Self-sorting work lists instead of scattered reminders.
  • Shared context instead of knowledge locked in one head.
  • Measurable responsibility instead of vague busyness.

Build the process first. Then add capacity. We can help integrate internal team members, flexible marketing support or sales execution where the numbers show more capacity is actually needed.

Selected client results

What happens when the pieces start working together.

Different businesses start from different places. The point is not one magic number. The point is that progress becomes visible, measurable and easier to repeat.

German-engineered systems. U.S. business development experience.

Two different backgrounds. One operating principle: make client acquisition likeable, measurable and simple enough that the team can actually use it.

Is this a fit?

Built for established B2B operators who want more control, not another hack.

You do not need a perfect company. But you should already have something worth systematizing.

You already have an offer people buy.

The problem is not proving whether anyone wants what you sell.

You sell B2B services, agency work, consulting or expertise.

Especially when the offer requires trust, explanation and real conversations.

You already invest time or money into marketing or sales.

Now you want to see which activities actually create opportunities.

You have a team, an assistant or the willingness to add capacity.

You want work to be transferable instead of living on one person's shoulders.

You want decisions driven by numbers.

You would rather know the bottleneck than argue about opinions.

Probably not a fit: if you are looking for a get-rich-quick shortcut, expect guaranteed revenue without consistent execution or have not yet proven that customers will pay for your offer.

20-minute Initial Consultation

Find where your client acquisition is getting stuck.

We will look at your current situation, narrow down the biggest constraint and decide which next move would make the most sense. No need to prepare a presentation.

Step 1Understand the current state
Step 2Pinpoint the bottleneck
Step 3Map the next sensible move

Common questions

Before you book.

What happens in the Initial Consultation?
We look at your current client acquisition, where leads and opportunities come from, what happens after first contact and where the biggest constraint appears to be. The goal is clarity on the next sensible move and whether working together would make sense.
Is this only a LinkedIn service?
No. LinkedIn can be an important channel, but the system covers market presence, multi-channel content, outreach, CRM, follow-up and sales routines. The channel serves the system, not the other way around.
What does the 15-Minute Method actually mean?
It does not mean all client acquisition takes fifteen minutes a day. It means each recurring process should be clear and small enough that you can move it forward in a focused fifteen-minute block. More time simply lets you do more volume.
Do we need a sales team already?
No. The system can start with an owner and an assistant. We can then help add or operate the marketing and sales capacity the numbers show is actually needed.
Can you also support outreach or cold calling?
Yes. Depending on the bottleneck, outreach can be run internally, delegated, partly automated or supported through external execution. That can include LinkedIn outreach, direct messages and phone outreach.
Can we keep our current CRM and tools?
Usually yes. We first look at what already exists. The goal is not to replace tools for the sake of replacing them. We only change a tool when it is genuinely blocking a simpler process.
How do you use AI without creating generic AI content?
AI is used to reduce preparation and repetitive work. Your expertise, opinions and real experience remain the input. The content system is trained around how you think, speak and argue, then refined over time.
Which content channels can the system support?
Depending on strategy, content can support LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, newsletters and SEO or GEO-focused articles. We do not recommend being everywhere just because a channel exists.
How do you measure whether it is working?
We track the numbers that connect activity to pipeline movement, such as visibility, relevant contacts, conversations, qualification, sales calls, follow-up, clients and revenue. The specific KPI set depends on the business.
How quickly should we expect results?
That depends on the starting point, offer, market, activity level and current bottleneck. Some changes create visible movement quickly. Building a durable acquisition system is a compounding process, not a two-week revenue promise.
Do you only build the system, or can you keep running it with us?
We can do both. We can build and operate ongoing marketing or sales routines as an external execution partner, or set them up so your internal team can take over more over time. The model can evolve with your business and available capacity.
Do you guarantee revenue?
No. Revenue depends on factors no external provider can fully control, including your offer, market, pricing, sales conversations and execution. What we can build is a clearer operating system, measurable routines and a process that makes bottlenecks visible earlier.
